An UPDF trooper and a staff of Uganda Income Authority (URA) were taken shots dead at Buddo in Kyengera Town Chamber along Masaka Street in Wakiso Locale on Tuesday night.
Sources said a shooter on a boda started shooting at the vehicle enrollment number UAK 375U in which the two were voyaging.
A food merchant was harmed in the shooting.
The vehicle was being driven by the departed armed force official, sources said of the episode that occurred at around 9pm.
Unsubstantiated reports say the regular citizen casualty was a staff of URA whose name this distribution can’t uncover in light of the fact that it’s anything but an affirmed report.
The occurrence occurred around the same time when security was elevated in the Kampala Metropolitan Region to thwart and subdue the adolescent drove Walk to Parliament, an enemy of debasement fight.
