PALLISA: Fear has gripped residents of Kamuge Town Council in Pallisa District as a group of unknown individuals has been reported to be exhuming skulls from graves during the night.
William Dedia, the Kamuge Town Council LC3 chairperson, raised the alarm over the activities of these individuals, alleging that they are believed to be traditional healers who use the skulls for witchcraft purposes.
Dedia expressed grave concern over the situation, informing the public that one suspect has already been apprehended and is currently being held in detention at Kamuge Prisons pending further investigation into the matter.
