Pastor Wilson Bugembe has proposed that the government establish a "Good Samaritan Day" to support those in need.
Pastor Wilson Bugembe, the lead pastor at Worship House Nansana, has expressed his belief that if he were a Member of Parliament, he would advocate for a special day dedicated to helping the needy, which he would call “Good Samaritan Day.” He emphasizes the importance of supporting those who are struggling to make ends meet.

Drawing from his own humble beginnings, Pastor Bugembe remains aware of the challenges faced by many individuals. He has made it a personal mission to assist the less fortunate whenever he is financially able, a practice he has embraced on numerous occasions.
Pastor Bugembe stated, “If I were an MP, I would propose to the Speaker of Parliament that we spare a day (Good Samaritan Day) for helping the needy with foodstuffs and other items countrywide.” His suggestion highlights the need for collective action and compassion in addressing poverty and hunger in the community.
Pastor Wilson Bugembe has expressed profound gratitude to God for reaching the significant milestone of turning 40 years old. He reflects on this achievement with deep appreciation, especially in light of the fact that both of his parents passed away before reaching this age.

His mother died at just 26, and his father at 33, making Pastor Bugembe the longest-living member of his family. This personal history adds weight to his celebration of life, as he recognizes the challenges and struggles that he has overcome to reach this point. Pastor Bugembe views his 40th birthday not just as a personal milestone, but as a testament to resilience and a reminder of the importance of cherishing life every day.
