The Pallisa District Senior Education Officer, Lukendo Agnes, has issued a warning to holiday makers, particularly school girls in the district, against wearing indecent clothing.
The warning comes after an observation that many school girls have been wearing miniskirts during their holiday time.
According to Lukendo, the wearing of miniskirts can attract unwanted attention from men, which may lead to incidents of defilement and rape.
