Adoa’s Campaign Gains Momentum in Kadungulu Sub-County with Exciting Football Matches

The State Minister of Fisheries and Woman Member of Parliament for Serere Helen Adoa, continued her campaign trail on Wednesday 12^th November 2025 in Kadungulu Sub-County with thrilling football matches held at Otirono Primary School playground, marking the third day of her campaign activities.

According to Adoa her aim is to unite voters and engage the youth in the voting process. A section of residents expressed strong support for Adoa, citing numerous achievements during her two-term tenure.

A section the women supporters praised her efforts in improving their welfare by aiding various women’s groups and encouraging integrity within their households, leveraging these groups to boost household incomes.

Male followers shared similar sentiments, noting visible development compared to the 1970s when many of them settled in Serere.

However, they called for increased efforts in the education sector as Adoa seeks re-election.

Adoa emphasized her plans to prioritize improved road infrastructure and advocate for a fair share of resources from the Parish Development Model to address concerns in large parishes.

She reaffirmed her commitment to the NRM party’s ideology of safeguarding the gains achieved so far.
